1. Prices
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST (New Zealand Goods and Services Tax).
2. Your privacy matters
Your details are stored only for the purpose of facilitating online transactions. We do not keep or store your private information, or provide them to third parties, for any other reason.
3. Shipping – methods
Shipping within New Zealand is via signature required NZ CourierPost service. Some orders within the Auckland metropolitan area may be delivered by DIgishop delivery staff.
Items may be sent non-signature within New Zealand where instructions are given at checkout.
International orders are shipped via NZ Post and its international partners.
Tracking codes will be provided for all shipments.
4. Shipping – costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size of the item and its destination.
5. Manufacturer warranties
All products come with their manufacturer’s standard warranty, which is listed on each product page. Note: there is no warranty as such for books, but any book with a defect will be replaced free of charge under our 7 Day Right of Return.
The warranty period runs from the date of invoice, which is generated on the day your item is shipped.

Please ensure you retain proof of purchase in order to claim under a product warranty.

6. Faulty and defective products
If you have received a faulty or defective product, reach out to us and we will replace it free of charge, or refund your money.
7. Non-faulty returns – 7 Day Right of Return
Made a mistake? Take advantage of our 7 Day Right of Return.
Our 7 Day Right of Return is designed to help customers who have made a genuine mistake in buying the wrong product. Purchases can be returned for a refund, but there are important conditions you need to follow:
- The item must be unused, in pristine condition, with original packaging (including seals) intact.
- Notify us via our online contact form or email (details on our Contact page) of your intention to return, within 7 days of receiving the purchase.
- Send the item back to us, at your cost, via NZ CourierPost, NZ Parcel Post, or, for international customers, via tracked international parcel delivery to: Digishop.co.nz, PO Box 92, Waimauku, Auckland 0842.
- On receipt of the item in excellent condition, unused with original packaging intact, we will refund your money.
Please remember that our 7 Day Right of Return is not a “try before you buy” scheme – it is designed to help customers who have made a genuine mistake, and who have not opened or used their purchase.
8. Price guarantee
If you find a cheaper price for a product at another retailer, we’ll beat it by 10%, subject to the following:
- The price advertised must be at another New Zealand-based online retailer, and
- The price cannot be part of a sale, promotion, liquidation clearance etc.
Let us know the cheaper price by sending us the link by email, and we’ll send you a discount code to use at checkout.
9. Payment methods
We accept all major credit cards and online payment methods, including: Visa, Mastercard, Afterpay (NZ & Australia only), Discover, American Express, Diner’s Club, Stripe, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Afterpay, Bancontact, iDEAL and Przelewy24 (P24).
Cash on delivery (Auckland metro area only) and bank transfer payment is also available.
The available methods for payment depend on your location, and are displayed during the checkout process.
10. Shipping locations
Orders are shipped nationwide. If you are outside New Zealand and would like to purchase an item on Digishop, get in touch.
